I bought one of these mats from amazon last summer and unfortunately I didn't get to use it for several weeks since I bought it early in the season. If I'd used it earlier, I would have returned it. Once I began camping in my RV, I placed it outside on the ground and within 2 weeks it had many broken fibers. By the time I picked it up at the end of the our 6 week stay, the mat literally fell apart into several large chunks. I have never been more disappointed in a purchase for my RV. I could understand it having some broken fibers if we had children playing on it or running over it with bicycles or something, but we are a family of adults who do not party or anything like that. We simply walked in and out of the RV over it. I really think that a $50 mat should last longer than 6 weeks. I would not buy this again.

Great mat for a great price.

We finally got out camping with our new mat. It happened to be a weekend full of rain and mud and red shale. Of course within hours the mat was dirty and I was scared that it was likely going to have red stains due to the shale and the fact I put the white side down.

Once I got home I pressure washed it up and it is shiny and new again.

Great mat and the pirate theme gets some looks.
